RES Heavy Service ("we", "us") is the mobile diesel truck repair service operated by RES Heavy Service LLC, which also operates our text messaging. This policy explains how we handle information collected when you contact us through our website at resheavy.com, by phone, by email, or by text message.

Information we collect

When you submit our service-request form, or contact us by phone, email, or text to request service, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, vehicle location, vehicle details, a description of the problem, and payment method. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispatch purposes.

How we use it

We use this information solely to dispatch and complete your repair: coordinating the mechanic, quoting work, confirming appointments and arrival times, and processing payment.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on resheavy.com to understand visits and measure clicks to call or text us and successfully delivered service requests. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect website usage information, including pages visited, browser and device information, and approximate location. We do not send the contents of your service-request form, your phone number, SMS consent, or other contact details to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Service email

Our dispatch system connects to our dedicated service mailbox to receive new service requests and send work orders, invoices, and service updates. It processes message content and contact information to support your repair. Authorized staff and the service providers that operate our dispatch system may process these records for that purpose. This connection does not delete mail or change its read status.

Mobile information & SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our telephony and payment processors, is permitted solely to deliver the service you requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number. SMS opt-in is never shared, sold, or transferred for any purpose.

SMS messaging

Text messages are transactional and relate to a service request you initiated or to work we have previously performed for you. Message frequency depends on your job — typically 5 to 15 messages per service request, plus occasional reminders when an inspection we performed for you is coming due. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Data retention

We retain job and message records as needed to operate the business and meet legal and accounting obligations.
